The Villa has five large bedrooms. Two are master bedrooms with Queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The other three bedrooms contain one queen sized bed & two twin beds and each room has a set of drawers and reading lamp. The house has a third bathroom, which can be shared by the twin rooms. Our home is licensed for 12 people.

The Villa is in a peaceful location with ample parking and yet has the advantage of being located near to the junction of the I-4 and Hwy. 27, which is close to the 192 with all its restaurants and facilities. Within 3 minutes drive from the villa there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pizza store, hairdressers, and take-away food outlets.
Disney is only a 10-minute drive away, whilst Seaworld and Universal Studios are under 20 minutes away. The villa is within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles of Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. Within a few minutes drive, there are several championship quality Golf courses
